Ranj the ginger cat was found by Maggie Szpot and her family as a tiny kitten in the streets of Wisconsin and was brought home where they provided all the love and care the tabby would need. They had a great run together until Maggie decided to adopt 2 domestic rats tho she was concerned Ranj wouldn’t be too friendly with them.
However, Maggie’s concern was unjustified since Ranj and Peanut, one of the rats actually became the best friends ever! Sounds quite unlikely, doesn’t it? Well, they loved to play and even cuddle at all times and nothing could come between them.
Sadly, Peanut passed away at 2 years old but don’t fear for Ranj, since he now has a new feline buddy to keep him company and the memory of his good rat friend for life!
