When you adopt an animal, you probably do it because you want someone to keep you company, to share your days with, someone to take care of and who you know will make you happier. So you go into a shelter, you see all those animals locked up and waiting for someone to give them a second chance and suddenly you find the one that you feel some connection with and you adopt it, or else you see a helpless animal on the street and you know that you are destined to live together. But have you ever thought about what the simple decision to adopt an animal means to them?
For them something like this means a real change of life, new hope and a new reason to live and be happy. If you don’t believe it, look at how the love of a person or family changed these cats after they were rescued – the difference between then and now is clear!
