Tiny Kitten Dropped At Shelter
A tiny kitten was found in the downtown San Jose area and was dropped off at a shelter. This tiny kitten didn’t have any hope left. He was born with radial agenesis/hypoplasia which made his little limbs all bent. On the day that he was supposed to be euthanized an organization called Saving Grace Rescue heard about this little furball and got to the shelter in the nick of time.
Foster Mother Is Saving Grace
A woman that fosters cats for Saving Grace Rescue named Joyce told Love Meow “He was turned in over the counter at a San Jose shelter as a solo kitten with radial agenesis/hypoplasia.” Joyce had never seen a kitten so tiny but was ready to take on fostering care 24 hours a day for this helpless little kitten. Joey (the little kitten was named) wasn’t the first cat however that Joyce had fostered with bent limbs. A while back Joyce had fostered Kanga Roo the cat and fell in love with him. She ended up adopting Kanga and now Kanga seems to be adopting Joey.
Kanga The Teacher
When Kanga first met Joey, she sniffed him and gave him kisses in his sleep. It almost seems that Kanga understands that this little kitten is just like her and wants to help him out. Kanga probably has a lot of advice for this little guy. With the fostering and love that he is getting from his foster mother Joyce and Kanga taking him under her protection too, Joey is surely going to thrive.

I fall in love with Baby Joey over and over again… His purrs and his ability to make biscuits make me swoon….
