The Wisconsin Humane Society takes care of 40,000 animals each year, and depends on donations to make all this work possible. So last February 25th they launched a fundraising campaign.
For every $15 donation, they offered to draw people’s pets… but they are animal caretakers, not cartoonists, and most can barely draw a puppet, so… Anyway, the donations, and therefore the drawings, started coming in from all over. Here, you can see how they made all this happen.
