Gingersnap was only a 5-week-old kitten when a teenager found her roaming around in the wild with serious injuries on her neck and back. She was brought to the Best Friends Animal Society and although they couldn’t figure out how she was attacked, they believe it might have been caused by another animal.
The kitten got her wounds cleaned up and after receiving the proper medical care, her injuries needed to be covered to avoid any future infections, so they gave this sweet and courageous feline a little lion king sweater. While she recovered, Katie Kyzivat of Cat World fostered her and Katie’s cat welcomed Gingersnap with open arms, teaching her the good old ways of catdulthood.
Not too long after, Gingersnap found a forever, loving home. We just really hope she still has that cute Lion King sweater with her.
