Back in May 2016, a woman in Alberta, Canada was taking the trash out when she spotted a backpack that was moving. When she peeked inside, she found a cat that was very beat up and left there to die. The animal was taken to the Alberta Animal Services, where despite their finest efforts, they were not sure the feline would make it.
Luckily he did, and after a week, the improvement continued. The cat was named Hiro and although cats that have been mistreated by humans often hold grudges, Hiro seemed to have nothing but gratitude for his rescuers and never ceased to be a loving kitty. He needed hip surgery and later he was taken to a foster home, where he made a full recovery and after two months, he was adopted into a loving family who helps other cats in need!
