Edgar the giant cat is a 9-year-old ginger fur ball that had to be surrendered to the Humane Society of Caroll County in Westminster, Maryland because he wasn’t getting along with his previous family’s little kids.
When he came into the shelter, the staff was amazed at how big Edgar was, weighing 21 lbs so they took to social media to share his story and help him find a home. A few hours later, Jenna and her boyfriend spotted the cutie on Facebook and they rushed to the shelter to find Edgar and adopt him.
“He has the coolest personality. He’s affectionate and very laid back,” Jenna shared. Edgar now has a loving home he shares with his humans, another cat named Loki and a dog.
